NATA offers daily classes in our sunny studio surrounded by gardens in eastern Paris. Come try a class!

NATA also offers cooking classes to share our passion for vegetarian & organic cuisine.

Located at 28 rue Planchat in Paris, between the Père Lachaise cemetary, the place de la Nation and the place de la Réunion.

Check out our yoga and meditation schedule to find a class in our studio, 7 days/week when health security measures allow in-person events.

During lockdown periods, we offer classes live via Zoom. Discover our online schedule.

Our warm kitchen overlooks our south garden. It's the perfect spot to forget the stress of the city and discover new foods and friends.

After 7 months of being closed, we welcome you back to our studio starting June 9th! The schedule will soon be available.

A few practical details:

-10 students max per class

-bring your own mat

-wear your mask at the reception desk but not during class

-accessories (blocks, straps, cushions, etc) will be available if you’d like to use them

Don’t forget that you can book your class ahead of time (strongly recommended) from your personal account in the upper right of this page.

You can also buy a card and or verify how many hours you have left or what the expiration date is for your card, all this from your account.
